Do you think I can do anything about it?

Version is 04.30.45. (WebOS 3.3.1-3111 dreadlocks-deua)
It's laggy since the welcome screen I saw the first time I turned it on so I don't think a factory reset would improve it.
Seems like the software is too heavy for the hardware.
