Для отката надо сначала поставить тестовую прошивку 05.40.01. Об этом написано в первом сообщении этой темы.

Пробовал прошивки старые, текущую и якобы новую - выходит одинаковое сообщение.

Телевизор lg uh610v, версия прошивки 05.30.85

Я же написал об этом, тестовую прошивку я тоже пробовал. Все равно ошибка и пишет, старая версия прошивки...

Тестовую прошивку надо просто обновить с флешки без программы отката.

Эту тестовую прошивку 05.40.01 не получится обновить через флешку, так как в ТВ установлена последняя версия ПО, в котором -

Установка через флешку файлов прошивок, предназначенных для обновления онлайн по сети, заблокирована в версиях ПО от 2018 года и позднее, данные прошивки можно установить только используя программу отката (установки) ПО.

Чтобы сделать откат на прежние версии ПО на моделях 2014-2016 годов внимательно изучите вот это сообщение mixmar @ Откат и восстановление предыдущих версий прошивок

downgrade the LG C9 is not possible

Besides downgrades being impossible, I have trouble upgrading my C9 from 04.71.05 to 04.71.15 or 04.71.25 with LgDTVUpDater.I successfully used this software+script package a few times in the past since 2017 (and an LG C7).But now I can't even figure out what could possibly be wrong (I receive no clear errors in the CMD windows and only vague warning-like messages with dual-server).I obviously tried both old and new methods, went through the manual interface IP settings several times, tried different computer (both with wired ethernet and WiFi on both the PC and on the TV as well) deleted the entire working folder and started from scratch after reading the translated instructions yet again, etc.This is the first time I am unable to get it working.The TV sees the DNS server (s) but finds no updates.It's an EU model, so I use the RU file as usual.
P.s.: Sorry for English but I couldn't resist after somebody else broke it.

This issue still persist, I can't update from 04.71.25 (official auto-update version) to 04.80.01 with the latest LgDTVUpDater package (downloaded today).I would guess it's due to the change to SSL by default in the factory firmware (some people who block the LG addresses on their routers to prevent auto-update notifications reported that their old list of addresses had to be updated to include the new SSL address) but su-ssl.lge.com is already listed in AcrylicHosts.txt.Are the included DNS servers also ready to handle SSL connections?

Если возникают проблемы установки файлов ПО онлайн с сервера обновления LG через метод отката, то попробуйте установку локальным способом, используя файл ПО, скопированный в папку htdocs программы отката.

I tried both methods.The TV never finds any updates.I did all the usual troubleshooting (double-ckecked the network configurations, tired a different PC with an older Windows version and through ethernet rather than WiFi, etc).I used the updater package successfully in the past, so something has changed (and it's not the PC OS).I tried asking on forums but nobody ever clearly confirmed it to me if they were able to use this package with similar TV models starting from similarly high firmware versions.

I tried a lot of things, including direct ethernet-to-ethernet cabling (and appropriate fixed IP configs) between PC and TV.I am not a noob and tried to be really thorough, believe me.I even clean-installed Win7 on an old unused notebook to see if a Win10 update caused the change.

This is all I get from dualserver (the apache window says nothing):

Does that last line indicate some error?
In this example, gatway is.11 (the local router) on both the PC and TV and.111 is the PC (which is also the DNS on the TV), the TV is.114

Что-то всё запутано у вас с адресами. Выставьте всё на ПК и на ТВ, как написано в этой инструкции mixmar @ Откат и восстановление предыдущих версий прошивок
