Сбросил телевизор на заводские настройки. По методу LGdet принял условия. Заново поставил рут. Короче все работает.

Поставил webos 23 13.30.09
Сначала выбрал Test server и webos update
обновился на 4.50.50.
Потом выбрал Official и webos update
обновился на 13.30.09

на заводские настройки пока не на каком шаге не сбрасывал
Все программы на месте, из акаунта не вышло, рут на месте

Access to the "InStart" service menu:

- Point 5: NSU mode to WebOS or engineering mode
- Point 8: Test option and change -->NSU server option from official to “Test”

From FW version 13.xx.xx and cannot download and confirm the user agreements “immediately”.Because that

In order to do this and get a complete service menu again like under webOS22
You can do this with the Windows tool “ColorControl” for LG OLED devices

With this version you can now also access the full service menu for C2/G2 and save it permanently.Once this is done, go to the InStart menu as usual and then select

- Point 10 “SDP SERVER SELECTION”

Here both options are set to “Publish”, change both to “Testing” one after the other and press the Enter/OK button.
The TV will now restart.You can then read and confirm the user agreements and use the current webOS23 LG Store.
